Metal Roof Repairs & Re-Roofing

All-Dry Roofing has roofers licensed in metal roofing and roof plumbing.

In this area we are experienced in profiles of guttering in Colorbond, galvanized iron, Zincalume and copper. We have installed roofs on shops, factories, blocks of units and individual homes, using Kliplok, Trimdeck and custom-orb profiles.

All-Dry Roofing has experience in all aspects of roof sheeting, whether it is bullnose roofing, polycarbonate sheeting with wire mesh, Trimdeck roofs with insulation blanket on metal purlins or whatever.
 

South Head Signal Station
The original roof was Asbestos cement (A.C.) wit A.C. gutters and downpipes. It was decided to replace this roof with new high quality Colorbond "Ultra" sheeting and stainless steel gutters and downpipes. Due to the proximity of the building to the ocean these materials were necessary to prolong the life of the roof against rusting due to the salt-laden air. The ceiling cavity was also cleared of all asbestos dust and the original timbers sprayed with a special glue to bind any traces of dust remaining. Protective suits and masks were worn at all times and the area cordoned off. Insulation blanket was installed under the sheeting to help prevent condensation from occurring on the underside of the sheeting. The work was performed by All-Dry Roofing's specialists in the areas of A.C. removal and roof replacement.

Leichhardt Private Residence
All-Dry Roofing also carries out smaller roof replacements and repairs. This terrace house in Leichhardt had its old rusted galvanized roof and gutters replaced with new Colorbond sheeting and gutters. The parapets on either side were cracked and crumbling. These were filled with a flexible concrete mix and then coated with a sealer and coats of coloured Emerclad waterproofing membrane. Insulation blanket was installed under the roof sheeting.
